He’s the past President of the Penrith Valley Rotary Club and is the International and Foundation Director and is currently involved with humanitarian projects in Nepal. Neil is also involved in community projects such as the Nepean Blue Mountains Medical & Research Foundation and Australian Rotary Health.
Neil was raised and educated in Western Sydney and resides with his wife and two sons in the Lower Blue Mountains. He shares an active interest with his family in bushwalking, equine pursuits and rugby union.

Brett Farrell is a senior lawyer with a wealth of experience in commercial and business law. He spent 5 years working in the Qantas Loyalty business and has over 12 years’ practice with some of the world’s leading law firms and companies, in Sydney and London.
Brett’s worked in many sectors advising and leading initiatives in digital technology, the media industry and financial services. Brett is comfortable with all kinds of legal and commercial challenges and working with all scale of businesses.
Earlier in his career, he worked in the commercial real estate practice at Baker McKenzie. Brett was involved with leasing work at Darling Harbour Shopping Centre, selling trophy hotels including the Four Seasons in Sydney and the Sheraton at Sydney Airport. He also worked on buying the W Hotel at Woolloomooloo.
Brett is on the board of Hope Media in Sydney and used to work at 2KA/ONE FM in Penrith in the 90s. He grew up locally, attended St Dominic’s and McCarthy Senior High and recently returned to the area to bring up his young family.
